ACVR
PRIVACY POLICY
We make VR games, and are not in the business of collecting data.
Any information flow is handled by platforms (Steam, Unity Analytics, bHaptics, etc.) in the background.

Our Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1st, 2019
MXTreality (“we,” “our,” or “us”) creates immersive games and experiences, not data products. We respect your privacy and want you to understand what information is (and is not) collected when you play Adventure Climb VR (“ACVR”).

1. Information We Collect
-
No Personal Accounts: ACVR does not require you to create an account or provide personal details directly to us.
-
Gameplay & Performance Data: The game may generate anonymous, non-identifying information such as crash reports, performance logs, or gameplay statistics. This is used solely to ensure the game runs smoothly and to improve the player experience.
-
Platform Data: ACVR is distributed through third-party platforms (e.g., Steam). These platforms may collect information (such as your username, device specs, or purchase history) under their own privacy policies.

2. Third-Party Services
ACVR may interact with external technologies, including:
-
Unity Analytics – provides anonymous, aggregate information about performance and stability.
-
bHaptics and other VR peripherals – may process input/output data locally to function but, to the best of our knowledge, do not transmit personal information to us.
-
Steam (or other storefronts) – handles your account, purchases, and platform-level data.
We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Children’s Privacy
ACVR is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children.

4. Data Retention
Any diagnostic or performance data is anonymous and kept only as long as needed to maintain and improve the game.

5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) regarding access to, or deletion of, your data. Since we do not collect personal data directly, such requests should be directed to the platform provider (e.g., Steam).

6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new “Effective Date.”
